Privacy & Trust

When you book through our site we collect:

• Your name and phone number (required so the barber can confirm your appointment)
• Your email address (optional — used to send a booking confirmation if provided)
• Your selected service, barber, location, date, and time
• Any notes you add to your booking

We do not ask for payment information online — payment is handled in person at the shop.

• To schedule and manage your appointment
• To send you a booking confirmation email (only when you provide an email address)
• To remember your preferences (e.g. usual barber, last service) so future visits are faster
• To reach you by phone if we need to change or confirm your appointment

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing or promotional emails. The only email you'll receive is a booking confirmation.

• Only signed-in shop staff can view bookings, walk-ins, and customer profiles in the admin and front-desk tools.
• Administrative actions (managing schedules, time off, and staff settings) require an admin role.
• Customer records are protected by row-level access rules at the database layer.

Our website and booking system run on Lovable Cloud, which provides the underlying database, authentication, file storage, and email delivery infrastructure. Traffic is served over HTTPS. This is a description of the platform capabilities we use — it is not an independent certification.

Confirmation emails are sent from our own verified sender domain (notify.lgsbarbershop.com). Each email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes immediately.

Completed and cancelled bookings older than 24 hours are automatically removed from the live booking list. Walk-in entries are removed after one hour. Customer profile records (name, phone, last visit) are kept so we can recognize repeat customers; you can ask us to delete yours at any time — just call or stop by the shop.

The site uses only the cookies required to keep staff signed in to the admin tools. We do not use third-party advertising or marketing trackers on the public booking site.

• You can book without providing an email address.
• You can unsubscribe from confirmation emails using the link in any email we send.
• You can request that we delete your customer record by contacting the shop.
